History

The Elite Club was formed after another club failed. Since then we have been on our own and not involved with any Federation. For 5 yrs we shipped our own birds to the races. We accepted an invitation to join and run the marking station for the newly formed Amal. The club then started a Gold Ring Race and Challenge Races within the Amal using their races points and being convoyed by the Dundee/Angus Federations. This has been very successful. The Elite Club applied to join the Aberdeen Federation at their AGM for the 2026 season and were successful.

This means we will have the Aberdeen Federation race program, the Amal program with the option of the Scottish National program so there are plenty options available.

With the new website, we hope to set out the complete path for members and guests to find out all they need to know about racing pigeons in Scotland with a one stop shop for information. Normally, a website contains the club information only and this is where we differ from others.
